"Limited time for returns. My senior with severe mobility issues was unable to return the item (a $200 robe) within the time limit. Very sad, she is now stuck with a robe that is too long and causes her to trip and fall. Not an acceptable situation and another way our society penalizes the elderly."

"My favorite place to grab closing gifts for clients! From candles to seasonal items, Wrapsody always has a great selection. More often than not, I end of leaving with an item for myself as well. The girls working are always kind and inviting. Free wrapping is also a plus when needing to grab a last minute gift."

"About a month ago, I purchased a sweater from Wrapsody. While Wrapsody is not the most affordable boutique in Auburn, I've always relied on them for quality products. This time, this was very far from the case. After about 4 hours of wearing the $50 sweater, it had literally shed so badly, I had to go home and change. There were very obvious bald spots in the sweater, and it looked like snow was falling from me from all the shedding. Naturally, I thought Wrapsody would have great customer service and help to solve this issue with the product they had sold to me. Once again, I was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager, but she chose to relay information to me through her poor sales associate. I was told it was a "final sale" and there was nothing they could do. No refund, no store credit, no exchange for a sweater of equal or lesser value, nothing. When I explained that I was upset because I expected good quality from Wrapsody, especially for their prices, they laughed at me and stated that it is the nature of sweaters to shed...apparently to the point that they have holes in them after such a short time wearing it for the first time. Mind you this was a $50 sweater, not an $18 sweater from Forever 21. I then told them I was disappointed in the way they were handling the situation and that I would not be shopping here again after this experience. Once again, they laughed at me. I understand that some products are poor quality not at the fault of the seller, but the customer service was rude and extremely unaccommodating. I will not be shopping here again and do not recommend this store to anyone."
