"I took a lot of clothes, some only worn once and two bags of barely worn shoes. One pair was an exact match to a pair they had for sale just a different size, and they were given back to me (I’ve never wore them- they didn’t match the outfit they were bought for and I didn’t take them back to the store). I had a brand new Lily Pulitzer dress, with tags still on it, no stains, only wore to try it on and it was given back to me. Before I went I read they don’t accept torn items or stained items so I made sure the items I took fit that category. I picked up a pretty ivory sweater that I wanted to buy but put it back due to a stain on the front of it. I also picked up a Nike skort. When I turned it to look at the back, the side of the fabric was ripped. It’s very frustrating to take good quality clothes, some still with original tags, and 95% of it be given back. I understand everyone has their own opinion of what’s “in style” but there is no way most of what I brought is considered out dated. Especially when a lot of it was bought with the past year. Maybe they stopped looking through my stuff when I walked over to home goods because I had done made two passes through the store and was tired of looking through clothes. Either way, I’ve only been in this store 3 times in my life, two have been in the last two weeks, and I can confidently say I won’t be back. I know losing my business will not have any effect on the success of this location, but hopefully my review can help someone else."

"The inside was nice. But as far as selling goes, for some reason this location lowballs you to the highest degree. They offered me like $40 for a ton of shoes I brought in, so I declined. I went to a different location the very same day and was given more money."

"They take over 2 hours to go through clothes and don’t tell you that you don’t have to stay in store or about how long it should take. They push people in front of you just bc they have less than you. They sell clothes with rips and stains on them(pics included). They are over priced and they barely give you money for stuff that is in style and STILL HAS TAGS ON IT or HASN'T EVEN BEEN OPENED. They say they are taking all these different things but barely take anything of yours when you take it in even if it is exactly what they are taking."

"This is a great store for high quality second hand clothes. They have several locations but I’ve found the Auburn store to have the greatest variety, probably due to being in such a big college town. If you are a guy hunting down jeans this is a great place for that, though most of the store feels like it caters to the college age women. I have not found them to give you very good prices for clothes you bring in to sell but for them to resell what you bring in at a good price they can only pay so much."
