"I took my trench coat in for reproofing after having it dry cleaned this past weekend. The client advisors took a good look at it and kindly advised me that it was too soon to do so. On top of that, they walked me through additional care tips for my coat. Overall, they were very patient and nice. I even decided to purchase a new pair of sunglasses that I wanted for while. It took a while for them to find, but it was worth the wait, as they wanted me to have a “fresh pair.” Shoutout to Kevin for being an excellent client advisor! He was the main person helping me."

"Never mentioned their return policy. Found out the sales associate never attached the tag to the item and decided to return it 2 days later. Their return policy is 30 days with tag attached but the associate did not bring the item with the tag attached to where it wouldn’t be able to be returned so he can keep his commission. Grimy and extremely dissatisfied from this luxury store and how they can do that to a customer."
