"This home is amazing! It is very special and when you stay there, you feel special also. It offers a full huge beautiful kitchen and the hosts have ice and water available complementary as well as a stocked kitchen with plates, bowls cups and glasses. Many relaxing areas to sit and relax and work, read or visit. The location is also amazing to the capital, agencies, college and more!"

"You have just opened, so I don’t think it’s fair to compare you to a hotel that’s been open for a little while. Room was fine. However, the lights should go off in the hallway/landing at 10p. Maybe try nightlights. Also try blackout curtains for the rooms facing the street. Please offer regular coffee pods with the flavored coffees. And maybe some milk in the fridge, not creamer. I don’t think any of the descriptions below apply to the hotel."

"The owner/staff were amazing at communicating and responding to questions and issues promptly. I felt very safe traveling as a solo female. The room was amazing! Bed was so comfortable. 10/10 going to recommend friends and colleagues to stay here in the future. I look forward to when they have the chef in place!"

"I did not stay here. I booked the property thru Delta Travel Extras. When I arrived, all doors were locked. I resident finally came to the door and stated that no one that works there was on site, but would be returning in about an hour because they were having plumbing and electrical issues. I tried to cancel but no employee EVER answered the phone to approve the cancellation. I would never book this property. RENTER BEWARE"

"Such a beautiful property. You can tell the owner spared no expense to renovate. Everything is well kept and beautiful with a restoration that really amplifies the character and charm of an old Florida home. I was able to walk to everything in Mid Town which was very important to me when choosing to stay there. I barely scratched the surface on the number of restaurants, breweries, and night life that makes this one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city. Far enough away from the universities and very close to the capital. You will love your stay at The Capitol Inn @midtown"
