"THIS A BADDD HOTEL WE PAID 70 FOR A PLACE THAT HAD HAIR IN THE BED AND THE CEILING IS LEAKING. We call NOBODY CAME AND DID ANYTHING. IT CRAZY THEY WANT TO CHARGE THE HIGH PROCES FOR A ROOM BUT U GETTIN 15 MOTEL STAY. You do better staying in the hood"

"WARNING.. This is hands down the WORST hotel I have EVER slept in. If I could do zerostars I would. Me and my family booked this hotel because of the location. When we checked in I paid for 7 nights up front. When we got in our room we were greeted with comforters from the early 90’s with cigarette holes throughout and two flat pillows. The bathroom was not cleaned there was hair on all the towels and floor. I was immediately sad because of the conditions I had me and my family in. It was so late in the night almost midnight. I decided to just try and make the best of the night and complain in the morning. The next morning I was off to work and didn't return till later that evening. The manager on duty who I tried to speak with spoke broken English and didn’t quite get it plus he kept talking over me and was very rude. Very poor customer service skills if any. The entire staff need a lesson on hospitality to be honest. On the third day we woke up to find a German roach in the bathroom and the main doors handle had come off. I spoke to the manager before leaving and when we returned there was new towels and tissue in the bathroom. I can go on and on and on......... Trust me if you care about how you're treated and where you sleep BEWARE! One more thing. We have to get a new card for our door every single day."

"The lady was very rude , due to me asking for a refund because the room doors didn’t lock . She insisted on giving me another room which I agreed the room was even worse. Bugs , roaches in tub , bathroom was horrible and the bed was little . I instantly went back down and told her I’ll just take a refund in the nicest way & again she didn’t like it I remained very respectful . But was told not to come back"

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. Absolutely Disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE! Husband and I walked in and immediately asked for a refund. The place was filthy, there were transients in the hallway, and racial slurs were etched in the walls in our room. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs! I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. I would have rather slept in our rental car than spend another second in that place. Luckily there were other hotels 10 min away that were able to accommodate us. Horrible experience!"
