"Down here on business and wanted to say this hotel exceed my expectations. I am not familiar with the area and kind of just chose something at random to stay for a couple nights that was close to my job and found this place. They have clean rooms, great customer service from the front host Rick absolutely phenomenal person, a very safe and quiet environment, and not too bad on the price. Definitely the place to stay."
"Was in the room for 1 hour. Saw a couple bugs then the one in photo was found on headboard by head before sleeping for the night. Kindly asked the front desk for a refund and we were going to be finding another hotel. Manager informed me over phone they don’t give refunds, even though we booked for 4 nights, not just the one. They stated their bug person was just there. We left hotel and still don’t have confirmation of a refund. This was unfortunate and I didn’t want to write this review but the way management handled this was unprofessional."
"Very serviceable rooms, though we learned that two-doubles is too small for four. Breakfast was fine, though slow to roll out. Staff was very nice"
"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The grounds and checkin area was clean. I had purchased my room through a 3rd party and the lady working at the hotel (Robbie) helped me out and was very kind. The family enjoyed the pool it was clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. If there is anything I could add to this place is a extra table with an umbrella by the pool since there isn't any shade for the babies or elderly that would enjoy sitting by the pool. Thank you for amazing stay. I will be back as long as this same staff is working."
