"The lady upfront is rude beats on your door and talk to you like your nothing for no reason at all ! Dealing with a lot and then having someone talk to you like your nothing makes it even worse it truly hurt my feelings I never in my life wrote a review about nobody but she is a awful person and doesn’t deserve to be over nothing or nobody !"
"It is an unpleasant experience, the hotel has rules almost to the point of having to breathe, the manager who walks her pet (a dog) throughout the hotel is the main one in biolar the hotel rules since I love dogs, but they are prohibited and being allergic I decided to rent a room and my surprise was to run into daily with the pet and its owner who is very annoying with the guests and I could almost say racist since most of the guests are Hispanic workers to whom He likes to be bothering every chance he gets, I don't recommend this hotel at all because of this lady, the other managers are super cute"
"Staying on the first floor is noisy, there are baby roaches, the Wi-Fi is HORRIBLE, the staff is very nice EXCEPT one lady whom seems to be in charge. She has a rude demeanor and smart mouth. It’s a way to talk to humans, and I see she hasn’t learned that skill yet. I will never recommend anyone to stay here for more than 1 night, and only if you have to. The rules are ridiculously strict for the price you pay and they will harass you about them. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend!"
"The place was clean and air conditioned. Thought an extended stay hotel would have basic kitchen equipment but it didn't have any dishes or utensils. Cable service would occasionally drop out. Whatever they clean the floors with leaves a sticky residue."
