"Convenient to the airport and the rooms and service were top notch. No noise is heard from inside of your hotel room so no concern needed regarding how close the hotel is next door to the airport and the noise. It is so quiet and peaceful. Great visit!"

"The lobby is very well done with a nice bar and restaurant taking up most of the space. The service is a little slow, but the food quality isn't bad for a hotel restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. My room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bed was really comfortable, as the sheets were of a very good quality. Extra points to this hotel for eliminating their single use toiletries. My bathroom was equipped with large pump style toiletries for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I just wish Hilton went a little higher end on their shower heads. The one in this room was ok but you can tell the fixture is cheaply made. This hotel lists itself as a 4-star hotel on Google Maps. I would definitely agree that they live up to their billing. That's why I'm going to give them a full 5-star review."

"The staff is incredible, always attentive to your needs. The lobby is beautiful and a great place to hang out, either at the bar, the restaurant, or the surrounding seating areas. I've attended several events there, and the hotel staff did an outstanding job making sure everything went as planned and that everyone had a great time. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness is something they take very seriously."

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel for a three-day conference with my wife who uses a wheelchair. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. John, one of the employees at the hotel, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided. Mr. John went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Despite my wife's mobility limitations, Mr. John consistently showed an unmatched level of kindness and compassion towards us. He offered assistance with luggage, called for transportation when needed, and made sure to check in on us to ensure our stay was going well. His attention to detail and genuine concern for our well-being truly made a difference in our stay at the hotel. Overall, I cannot recommend the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel, especially Mr. John's services, enough. Next time I am in the area, I will undoubtedly stay there again and look forward to seeing Mr. John's friendly face. Thank you, Mr. John, for the unforgettable experience."

"I’ve parked my car at Atlanta Hilton Airport multiple times and it is always easy, safe and with good price, specially if you use airport parking websites. Also, it has a very helpful shuttle to airport. However, I had a bad experience last Sunday 10/08. I arrived at night (around 10pm) and got the shuttle with some other guests to the hotel. I was literally with no cash in my wallet after a long flight. I had only credit cards. The driver helped everyone with the luggage, I was the last one and he also helped me. But suddenly he started to complain about receiving tip. Some guests gave tip, other ones (including me with no cash) didn’t give it. He started to hit the cash on his hands saying very rude and angry “I accept tip”. For sure he was in a bad day, we could notice it due he was listening an annoying repeatable loud music on his cellphone while the vehicle was already playing music as well. I totally agree we need to recognize good services with tip, but IF you receive a good service and IF you have cash at the moment in case card is not acceptable. At that moment, after listen all the way an annoying cellphone music playing at the same time with the shuttle music, and being treated as an obligation to have cash to give tip, for sure it was far away from a good service."
