On a same day delivery order, the store failed to properly prepare the order and “left it to rodey delivery service.” The fulfillment of the order was incomplete because of the lack of due diligence by the staff and employees. Now, my entire day is wasted as we wait for Tractor Supply to unF themselves."

"I had to drag the grill I wanted to buy inside myself, they did ask if I needed help until after I got in the door. Then could not find it to ring up. I pulled a leg muscle dragging the grill in alone so I pain I waited while they failed to ring up my purchase. I should have waited for an incident report but was too angry from the pain."
