"My children and I spent over an hour in the waiting room with our new puppy before I finally got up and walked out. We never saw or spoke to anyone other than reception. We have used Banfield in the past (when we lived in North Carolina) and had a good experience but this location (Kennesaw) is terrible. No one acknowledged the ridiculous wait or let us know why we were still waiting so long. Despite the fact that we had an appointment, Pets arrived after us and got treated in front of us. In the end, we opted for a more expensive local vet who actually knows how to schedule and maintain appointments. No one has time to sit in a vet’s office for hours!"

"Morgan -maybe Taylor .. Idk the beautiful emerald girl, was beyond helpful to me and Mr.Teebs . They were extremely busy and short staffed and she still went above and beyond for us. I was a very scared cat mom and she assured me everything would be okay and helped me with resources to get my little guy back home. Doctor was also amazing and very informative. I cannot remember his name but definitely recommend ."

"Do not bring your pets here. 0/10. For starters, if you get the wellness plan and cancel before 1 year they will try to make you pay the difference on previous "discounted" services. Secondly, they do not spend near enough time with your pets during a visit. Dr.akin was triple booked and spent hanrdly any time with our very sick dog. This lead to him Missing the fact that our dog had internal bleeding that eventually lead to his death. He diagnosed it as kennel cough, sent us home with $150 worth of meds and our dog got worse over night. The urgent care vet we took him to was shocked he'd seen a vet less than 24 hours prior. We tried to take him back here first thing the next day and the front desk staff seemed to not care at all that our dog was literally deathly ill. We got told you can hang out and we might get to you in a few hours and that the dr was actually triple booked. When we called to tell them about what theyd missed and that our dog was dead we were told the regional veterinarian was going to look into it and we would get a call back... that never happened. Then today when we called to cancel the wellness plan the line said it'd be a 10 minute wait... 42 minutes later i opted for the callback option. When i got a call i told "Sam" i wanted to cancel and he hung up. Never got a call back and by then the call center was closed for the day when i tried to call them back."

"Processes and lack of flexibility to accept payments takes precedence over urgent care of a dog; the patient. Whereas my dog obviously needs an X-ray to determine why he is limping, and I am standing at the front counter ready to pay the "next level wellness program" they were unwilling to compromise their processes and system capability to make the appointment. They were fine with me looking for alternative care as my dog limped out the door with me."

"This group of vets and vet techs are exceptional. They care about every pet that comes in. The customer service goes above and beyond. I have been a customer of Banfield for over 10 years in California and Georgia and Banfield of Kennesaw has the best staff around. My Yorkie attended a Banfield in Smyrna and before I had to put my dog down due to old age, seizures, arthritis, and bone spurs I was not happy with the responses to my questions that the vets were giving me. So before I got my new puppies I began looking for a new vet. Even though there are two Banfield locations closer to me, I am so greatful to the Kennesaw location, my new puppies, Willow and Prince, and I are soooo very happy. We are Banfield of Kennesaw patients for life. Thank you to all of the staff for making our transition so wonderful. From day one we felt the love ❤️ you all share for our fur babies."
