"I'm very happy with the services my cat has received here. Making an appointment over the phone has always been easy, even if I'm looking for something last minute. The doctors and staff are super friendly and explain everything very well. I went into the office very worried about my cat's seizures and received a very detailed, informative, and kind description of solutions. So happy with the whole experience that I'm going to bring my other cat to them as well in the future for regular appointments."

"Thank you for taking the best care of our babies! TVC Kennesaw has cared for dozens of our pets to get them ready for adoption. From simple things like wellness exams with vaccines to more complex things like mastectomies, they have been excellent with all of their practices. We know our pets are in amazing hands the moment we walk through the door, so much so that my personal dog even switched over to their care."

"The staff is always super friendly, even late at night. I feel comfortable calling them for both ‘minor’ and bigger issues involving my pet, and they’re happy to help every time. The service is fast and they are transparent about service pricing and will break it down for you. The facility is comfortable and clean. A big negative is they charge much more during urgent care hours, but they don’t tell you. I could’ve saved at least $100 if I knew this. This should be listed on the website or mentioned on the phone while making appointments. As mentioned before, they’re good with explaining prices, just not the actual visit cost. Also, making appointments on the website doesn’t work for me. This is a great feature that would be very helpful for pet owners, so getting this fixed would be nice. Aside from the ‘cons’, Total Veterinary Care is wonderful and I will never send my pet anywhere else as long as this place open! I’ve recommended them to many people and I will continue to do so."

"Absolutely love the staff here! They are super friendly and truly care about you AND your pet. They have done an amazing job helping me understand and determine the best care for my elderly diabetic cat. I have a very tight budget and they have been so respectful of this by letting me do certain treatments at home and always offering cheaper alternatives to a treatment when they are available! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and affordable vet in the Kennesaw area."
