"Slightly nervous about bringing my cat back to this location. She went for a wellness exam and while waiting in the room I let my cat out of her box. I didn't know I was going to have to leave her for several hours. I explained that she didn't care for her box very much and they told me no problem I can leave her out . I expected a totally different vibe in a veterinarian clinic, but I left feeling a little uncomfortable to say the least . When I came back they all seemed quiet and awkward and told me that I would have to sedate my cat for the next visit. Which makes me wonder if they even did the wellness exam in that case. In the past I've always been surprised at how wonderfully handle cats and allow them to do things that I couldn't do. Niw, after reading these reviews I'm not certain if they're the best place to bring cats."

"I had my first experience with this animal hospital, and I must admit I am quite disappointed. My dog, Gracie, had been suffering from discomfort in her ear, leading her to scratch it vigorously and rub it against the carpet. Upon our visit, the clinic recommended an ear swab test to diagnose the issue, for which I paid around $55, plus an additional $5 for the swab fee. However, during the procedure, Gracie exhibited anxiety at the clinic. The veterinarian suggested that we perform the test on just one ear initially to see if the results would provide clarity. The results came back as normal, but unfortunately, Gracie's ear condition did not improve after we returned home. In an attempt to address the persistent problem, I contacted the clinic and asked if we could return to test the other ear. I was informed that the clinic manager was unavailable and front desk is unable to make the decision so she would call me back the next day. After following up the next day, I expressed my concern, only to be told by another front desk staff member that I would need to pay approximately $60 for the second ear swab. While I must acknowledge that the clinic is diligent in sending appointment reminders and its staff, including the front desk and veterinarians, are friendly, I can't help but feel that the focus is primarily on profit maximization. In conclusion, I had high hopes for this clinic but ultimately left feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience."

"My dog, Lucy, and I absolutely adore Dr. Hill and all of the staff at this location. Dr. Hill has a great bedside manner and always shows so much love and care to Lucy! From check-in to check-out, all of the people we interact with on staff are so thorough, kind, and caring. I also like this location because I can usually get same-day or next-day appointments more easily than other Banfield locations nearby. Basically, Dr. Hill is a gem and I highly recommend her!"

"The staff are very friendly. They're good at reassuring you things will be ok. Doctor knowledgeable and took time to explain all details of diagnosis. Doctor was patient to answer questions. Practicing good Covid guidelines with distancing and cleaning. Staff takes good interest and care of pet."
