"Izzy saw Dr. West and his assistant, Swan. The veterinarian was very attentive, listened well, showed interest in our dog, and also, didn't keep us waiting. Swan was also attentive and personable. I was pleased that she performed the check-out procedure in the exam room thus, eliminating us standing in-line at the reception desk. I felt this step was faster and a much more efficient and accurate way to process our payment. FYI -My canine has been a regular patient for five years at another vet hospital whom we are satisfied with. Their office visit fee is less expensive; we will continue to use them.
