"We were allowed to freely browse the lot and compare buildings and prices, and then Dale patiently showed us the options in our preferred price range and with his help, we made a well informed purchase. We were made to feel welcomed, never rushed, and the purchase process was a breeze. Dale answered all of my calls and texts regarding delivery set up and concerns, and Lee was an absolute pro at placing and leveling the building. "Well built shed - but I decided to paint it myself. This picture is after I finished cutting in the paint. I decided to have it built on site as I didn't have an area where a flat bed truck could drop the shed. I was told by my sales person that I could expect it to be built in 4-6 weeks. This wasn't the case - it was more over 10 weeks. The company was NOT proactive in keeping me "in the loop". They didn't call me, text me or email me as to when I could expect the building - unless I called. I was told to expect it several different times before the assembly crew showed up. In this modern day of communication - I think you could reasonably expect some contact. They need some project managers - they are sorely lacking. If I had to do it over again, I would probably go with Home Depot and Tuff Shed - they might be more expensive - but at least they contact you."
