"Literally the kindest, most patience employees on the planet. I came in for 3 bales of compressed timothy hay. The shelf only had 2. I work retail, I know how obnoxious it can be when someone asks to check the back for more stock but I took a chance. The cashier ensured me it was no problem at all and asked her coworker over the headset to see if there was more. And there was!! I was promptly checked out for all 3 and an associate quickly appeared with the final bale of hay. My 10 guinea pigs and I thank you tremendously! As I was leaving with my hay, a gentleman that was outside offered to help me load up my hay. I’m used to hauling it into my truck (as well as 3 flights of apartment stairs) so I declined. He still came over to make sure I was okay and to take the cart for me when I was done. LITERALLY THE NICEST EMPLOYEES! If I lived anywhere near this location, I would ONLY go to this location! Thank you all so much!"

"Horrible experience. I asked for a manager regarding my concern, only to find one of the employees that created my concern was the manager! Pay attention! These folks will damage your property when loading items. I would have been better off loading the items myself. The manger did not want to be objective, show empathy, nor did they want to offer resolution. They simply got defensive and would only give me a customer service number. My family does a great deal of business at this location, and the prior managers have always been helpful with that relationship. Good luck on the customer solutions contact. It is not customer friendly. After going through numerous prompts and automated hold for 30 minutes, it will hang up on you!"
