"Terrible customer service!!! Booked a stay for work related reasons. Manager told me they took my company card, but asked for my credit card information to hold the room. Was given no confirmation email. Manager had given wrong information about being able to use my company card on day of arrival. Thank god I didn’t leave my house yet. When I cancelled the reservation to find another hotel that would take my company card. She had charged my credit card $145.00 for a one night stay due to the cancellation policy that I wasn’t made aware of when booking or via confirmation email. I tried to disputed this with my credit card company and manager came back with a receipt stating I was a no show! Disgusted on loss of money for manager knowing it was their error and services I didn’t received."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing. This hotel was very well lit. The staff was wonderful very friendly and personable. Ms. Carolyn and the breakfast staff were on point. They kept everything full and stocked. The eggs were perfectly seasoned and the bacon was nice and crispy. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The checking in and checking out process was seamless. The only issue we had was the refrigerator did not get cold. It would only keep our food cool. We will definitely stay here again!!"

"I have to say I am so grateful for the amazing staff! After driving 11 hours to an Airbnb that would not accept my pup at the front door I thought this vacation was over. I was so grateful for the amazing staff that was able to make accommodations for me last minute. Outside your window you are able to see the mountains, and I was able to get to Blue Ridge and Ellijay in a short drive (30 minutes each way). Breakfast was awesome and the staff make sure to keep it cleaned and well stocked. The room was clean and tidy. As well there is a separate yard to the right of the building specifically for pups to go to the bathroom and was well maintained. Wishing all the staff the best ! River and I are so grateful for you all !"

"I was passing through and stopped for the night last weekend. I paid $333 for the night. This is no more a $300+ dollar a night hotel than I am a Major League Baseball player. I understand seasonal mark up… but man… I asked if there was a military discount and she laughed. The front desk staff was surly to the point of dismissive, the room was no frills (but clean) and the breakfast was as little as they could do…. But here’s the kicker: The coffee was bad. How in this day and age does a hotel have BAD COFFEE?! It almost feels like you’d have to try to accomplish that. Keep going. You can do better."
