"The worst customer service. I tried to call to double check on my delivery. It took 10 phone calls to actually speak with someone in the store and when i did she was VERY rude. She said you will get a call on your date of delivery, but I needed to know the date that was it. She was very rude when I told her that was all I needed. Never shopping with Lowe’s again."

"We had to purchase a new refrigerator. Got a super deal, sales associate was extremely knowledgeable. Fridge was delivered in 2 days. Delivery guys were very nice, set up the refrigerator in less than 30 minutes."
