"I do not at all understand how this place is even open. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST ISSUE AT THIS MCDONALDS. I am making that clear because otherwise I would not leave this review!!! I stopped by went to the 2nd lane for faster service like it says because someone else was ordering at the 1st lane I waited for them to still take my order AFTER the car that was AFTER the one in the 1st lane ordering!!!!! So whatever I get over that get to the window after repeating my order at the speaker 3 TIMES and they OVER CHARGED ME AND STILL GOT IT WRONG!!! They then give me a refund for what I was charged and then charged me the right amount. Then I get to the 2nd window AND THEY HANDED ME THE WRONG ORDER!!!!! Handed me the right one after I handed it back and said it was not mine she did not clarify it had NO KETCHUP like she was supposed to only said it’s 2 double cheeseburgers. So I handed it back and said I will not eat it if there’s no ketchup. She looks and says they are no ketchup. So I got treated like absolute trash there for no reason after using my deals to get food and paying for food other than that I just do not understand and not 1 apology or anything. Corporate needs to step in and re teach them/ re train because this was AWFUL and I used to work for McDonald’s myself!!! Was not that difficult"

"Standing at the locked door at 7:10am... completely ignored when looked dead in the face trying to figure out why the doors are locked during open hours. Drive through hours 6am to midnight. Dining hours 7am to 11pm Hours as of 12/09/2023"

"Great fresh and hot quarter pounder w cheese. I made a food and bathroom stop. Bathroom was clean but no paper towels. No one was at the inside cash register when I walked over to order but then staff came over to take my order. Food arrived in a few minutes and was freshly made."

"We stopped in for a quick bite and was extremely disappointed in everything and everyone except the girl who took our money. She was very nice and even got our dogs a little whip cream and they LOVED that! My issue was everything else. My nuggets were clearly "re-fried" super brown, crunchy, and flavorless. My wife's burger was supposed to have no onion and instead all she got was 1 pickle and some ketchup. The burger was all smashed and weird looking. When the order was "handed" out of the window to us it was more like they tossed it in the car and the window was closed before we could even realize what was happening. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". Nothing. I will not be back here and strongly recommend you don't go there."

"By far worse restaurant I've ever been to!!! I'd give 0 stars if possible. Bathrooms was a disaster even my 6 year son said "OH MY GOD ITS NASTY" when he walked in. That's sad considering most 6 year olds don't care about a mess. Waited 20 mins just to order all while the employees was standing around grabbing food with no gloves. Then when we finally got our food and sat down the Manager on duty came walking up with a drawer with some guy in a tank top and he was filthy from head to toe. I will never come back to this place nor do I recommend anyone to ever return to this McDonald's in East Ellijay. I get its tough times right now but this is pathetic!!"
