"5 stars for going above and beyond. The job was quick - had my bicycle tube (and some other parts) replaced within 10 or 15 minutes at most. The price was also very reasonable for the services and parts provided. The work was complete and high quality. Also, not sure if my mind is playing tricks on me, but my rear brakes are feeling better to use. Taylor, who had done all this for me, also provided pointers on how to avoid such an issue occurring again in the future. Great place, great service. I intend to return if need be."
"These guys really earned my business and all the praise! My wife had a flat on her ebike and Atlanta cycles told us to basically go pound sand as they "only work on ebikes that they sell" with the entire day ruined, we headed home and stopped by Roswell Bicycles. The tech came out and inspected the bike. He really took the time and got the bike repaired! Without giving me any grief. Price was cheaper than I expected! Very honest and helpful people! My new and only bike shop! 100% recommended these guys!"

"In a word: impressive. Their bike selection and stock is the best we've seen around so far. Quite a wide variety of accessories as well. The sales staff was helpful explaining to us the difference between the models available and helped us make decisions on the many options. Their service department, while we have not used them yet, offers a lot of good services. On the downside, they were quite busy and had to wait over 10 minutes for a sales rep. But once we did get someone they were helpful."
