I had a major warranty issue with a new bike and after fighting with the manufacturer and not getting a positive response from them, Todd at Atlanta Cycling took matters into his hands and get me into a new better bike in less than a week. I showed up to the shop to drop by bike off two weeks ago to replace a bottom bracket on a Friday evening at 5.40 twenty minutes before closing and Zack asked me do you have 10 minutes? and they installed it while I was there.
