"I had tried to get sneakers for my kids at Kohl's nearby, and had no success. I looked for a shoe store near it and found rack room shoes. We found sneakers for both kids. The store was well organized and well stocked with the sizes and styles we wanted."
"This place has good prices if you use the 1/2 off the second pair of shoes deal. We have two boys so this gets used a lot around here. My only complaint is the selection is a little limited, for boys/men it's mostly Nike tennis shoes and the selection of other stuff is a little less. We're not really fans of Nike for a lot of reasons so this makes their selection very limited, but we can usually find something."
"I don't like the return policy (you must have the receipt). Don't like that you will loose your reward coupon if you make a return. And everyone gives different answers to questions about bogo 1/2 price. Just annoyed every time I leave. Can't wait to finish using my gift card I had to get instead of my money back."
