"On August 23/2023 I stopped by the store in ROSWELL It was 10 min to 8.00 pm closing time. The store Already was Close. The kids behind the register was counting the money. His helper was walking in the back. Hello management some one need to be fired here If there were a 0 star I will give it to the store manager because they saw me and I have ignored."
"Employee working right now (10:20 am on 06/22/23) is rude. She basically glared at me when I walked in. No other customers in the store, yet she never said a single word to me or asked if I wanted help. I asked her a question to see if she would speak and she just shook her head no. She was busy staring at her phone most of the 15 min I was in there. I told her to have a good day when I was leaving and she just quietly mumbled something I couldn’t understand. There were some shoes I liked but I took a photo of the label and will buy at another location."
"Famous footwear is pretty cool if they don't have something in your size you can order it online ship it directly to the store or to your house. I get all my little boy's shoes news from here it's close to my place, they're pretty decent in price my son goes through shoes about every 6 or 8 months."
