We had used an Octane Fitness Max Trainer at a Marriott hotel in San Diego last summer and loved it so much that we decided to purchase it as a holiday gift for ourselves. Assemblers, Inc. came out within 2 days of delivery and had the machine installed (we paid Assemblers, Inc directly). Phil stayed in contact with us throughout the shipping and installation process to ensure we received the unit and that it was installed to our satisfaction.
