"I purchased two counter sets Louis ivory chairs online. When I receive them at my home, the colors were different.. I called the customer service number, they sent a chair to the office in Canton.. I want to exchange, and the chair was so cheaply put together. Again, I called Customer Service and they said we’re sending another chair out. Did I get a email today 3/28/2023 telling me the canton Ga store has a chair. well I decided to go ahead and just return these two chairs after paying $447.00. I get to the store to return these chairs. The first cashier didn’t know basically what she was doing and then some guy came over and wanted me to leave the chairs with no receipt or anything stating that I’m returning them ,which was really odd.. then he calls corporate and he says,you’ll get an email and I said OK well I need something to confirm. I’m leaving these chairs ,he walked away. I stood there and finally got an email… this is got to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor do not order anything from the store the furniture is complete garbage.. when I sat on the chair it would sink..so the plastic frame, I repeat plastic frame, would dig into your skin… that’s why we all shop at Havertys or Macy’s because the quality of the furniture."
"I love this store they always have the best little I guess you could say knick knacks. They have all types of paintings all kinds of different stuff in there it's a fun store just to go through and look and browse. Lots of good things for the health. I like to sign I got a kick out of it. My mother always look big about putting the toilet seat down and making sure you flush the toilet and wash your hand so it kind of reminded me of mother"
"I believe we dealt with the manager because they were super knowledgeable on how to apply discounts! One of our items was marked up in the system that didnt match the price tag but they dealt with it very quickly. She was even so kind as to help carry the items out to the car for us! Thanks so much for your excellent service"
