"We could not be more pleased with our experience at Ashley furniture outlet. Billy, our sales associate, was knowledgable and friendly. He quickly assessed our needs and led us to precisely what we were looking for. We loved the collection he showed us but were stuck on choosing color and deciding on the dresser vs chest. Billy was not at all pushy, in fact he made us feel very comfortable as we opted to go home with measurements and review our choice further. Upon returning to the store a week later, Billy was off but his manager helped to quickly set up the purchase and delivery. She too was fabulous, as was our delivery team (from communications prior, day of and during set up!). Thank you Ashley, we love this new bedroom set!"
"Bought a sofa, entertainment system, 2 book shelves & a coffee table EVERY SINGLE item was broken or damaged in some form or way. Would never recommend buying fro Ashley again… it’s be almost 2 months and still waiting on a replacement piece for the entertainment system and they don’t seem to care. Apparently I have to do all the leg work to get things made right. A simple “I’m sorry” seems like a passive way to deal with the situation. After I get the situation resolved I will never be shopping with Ashley ever again… this has been the worse experience I have encountered dealing with furniture. How simple is it to send replacement pieces in a timely manner? Like almost 2 months of worrying about an issue that shouldn’t exist."
