"The desk we received is fine (although very standard) but the customer service throughout the nearly 5 months to get the desk was not worth the money we spent. We had to constantly contact this company to get any response and to get our desk delivered. We initially had a hard time getting information about to how to meet with someone to discuss the project. After we ordered the desk in March, we were given a delivery date of "sometime in June or July." After hearing nothing from the company, we called at the end of July and we were told that it would be on the first truck in August. After we didn't hear anything the first week of August, we called again to only be told in the most cavalier attitude that sometimes things just get left off the truck for other more important items. We were told that the desk would be on the next shipment as long as it was able to fit. We did eventually get the desk but when you spend this sort of money on a product, you expect better service. Edit - Just to clarify in the event that anyone reads the Company's response to my message. I am not confusing this Company for another. My name is not on file because we ordered the desk under my boyfriend's name. It should be obvious from my description what customer and product this is referring to but this just may be a regular occurrence for the Company and so nothing stands out for them."

Once I found them, I was more than happy to go to the showroom and meet Kasey and the team. It took me less than five minutes to know that I had found my company. Turnaround from payment until delivery took time, but I was told that upfront and the communication over the 60 days was regular, so that I knew my order wasn't lost in the shuffle. I think the real coup was the actual delivery day.
