"I purchased hercules black stackable banquet chairs. Bought 100 in December and another 100 in Feb. 2017 & 2018. After two weeks we started discovering they were getting small rips almost immediately. Not to mention they won't stack properly. Its like the leaning tower or something. I made three calls and sent three emails with pictures saying they would work with me on either a refund or something. But after three calls and three emails with pictures showing the poor quality of chairs nothing was ever heard from them again. Stack Chairs 4 less for a reason I would say. I offered to spend more money and buy a higher quality chair but no response. This is for our business. Now over 100 of the chairs have large rips."
