"I have purchased a few tables now from RF4L and all went smoothly, no problems. This last little 4-foot table and two chairs, I had continuous problems: First, I did receive my fabulous two cross-back chairs, not a problem and they are awesome! But, I never received my table! The first one I ordered, lost in shipment; and now the second (replacement) was obviously dropped in shipment (packaged in a cardboard box with no protection around the rim) There is a large chard of veneer cracked off the top finish. I am so disappointed, because these tables are so beautifully made and the tops are so lovely. I'm not sending it back, not going through all that I've been through of late with this 4-foot round. I've had really nice and kind service reps help me with this, but going on over a month now...I'll just keep a tablecloth on it. I just don't know what happened. It's just a table, I know, and I'm not changing my rating of 5 stars, due to the many previous wonderful purchases, prior to this last purchase, with this company. Things just happen. Cheers! "This was our first purchase from Restaurant Furniture 4 Less, and we are VERY HAPPY with the service we received. We are a tax exempt nonprofit, so we had to place our order with a live representative. The order was handled with ease, and the product (20 metal outdoor chairs) arrived (SURPRISINGLY) in 2 days, well ahead of the promised date!
