"I came into the store on veterans parkway the end of February I place the order of a full bedroom set washer and dryer a 75 in TV plus a stand for the TV and with the experience I rate their customer service at a negative zero from the store manager to all the assistance I must say this is the most terrible customer service I have ever received in my life. The store manager himself submitted the order for my bedroom set I requested to have a left and right to nightstands the store manager told me at the time of checkout that everything that I requested was submitted and will be on the truck on that Monday coming. It has been almost 3 weeks now and week by week parts and parts of my order will come I understand it's covid-19 but I was charged full price for a bedroom set with all the parts was not delivered to my residence even from the delivery guys delivering my washer and dryer to my house first as I requested the hoses on the washing machine was not connected properly so I came home from doing a short-term storerun to water all over my kitchen and my laundry room just water everywhere my neighbor called my phone to come home to check on my house what a disaster I came home to the TV and the Stan let the TV goes on is in great condition I just don't like the way I was treated or handled by the phone or the management I will not refer this earrings to anybody I request to speak to the district manager several times nobody seems to have contact of a higher management to give the customer the store in Phoenix City told me to type a email and I am doing so I'm heartbroken"

"I had a delivery for my toddler son’s bed and they call me 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. The excuse was that it was raining and for anyone who stays in Phenix city you know it rains everyday! The manager is awful and the delivery drivers are lazy and smart mouth! However the manager delivered my stuff personally and for that it’s the only reason they get this rating the manager is a really good guys and I appreciate it!"
