"Went inside to eat at Chick-fil-A restaurant in Bainbridge, GA for the first time since we moved here. Very clean on the outside and inside. Every employee was smiling and very friendly. We both ordered spice chicken sandwiches but I ordered mine no bun but with lettuce wrap instead."
"Always come for their waffle fries, and they are always fresh and hot! What are fries without a milkshake? The cookies and cream Milkshake is a must-have!! I guess I can say the customer service is the cherry on top. Always a pleasant visit!"
"I had the grilled chicken club sandwich and fries, which were very good, as usual. The counter clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the table service was very weak. The food delivery person was wandering all over the restaurant, asking many other customers if our order was theirs. He seemed to ignore the tent marker on our table, and we had to go track him down and the original counter to get our food. This system needs improvement, or the staff need retraining."
"I was driving by and really needed some lunch. Super happy that the line wasn't long. They had people out taking orders and two lines moving it was probably one of the most efficient operations I've ever seen! So happy I was able to get my spicy chicken sandwich itch scratched!"
