"No thank you Dairy Queen! We will not be patrons of this location. The door was locked in the faces of my significant other and son. After calling and speaking to Gabby who was the manager on duty, she nonchalantly took the complaint, admitted to locking the door and didn't seemed to care about what she had done. It's a definite no for us. I wish you better luck. Customer service is nonexistent here."

"Terrible, my cookie dough blizzard tasted like it had strawberry stuff in it??? Also they messed up my order and when i went in and asked if they could heat it up since they messed it up. The manager told them they couldn’t. Terrible i will just go to cairo DQ. Cairo Dq actually cares about customers experience. also workers very snobby and lazy. Sitting in line for over 30 minutes but supposed to be fast food?"

"Great food! Every time we visit it's hot and fresh! Only issue with this location is the employee's attitudes are just as fresh and rude. Ana took my order today and was snippy and impolite. We asked to have a table wiped down because every empty table was covered in food crumbs and trash underneath. The young lady with glasses rolled her eyes and was muttering stuff under her breath to Ana who was laughing. I went back to pick up my food and the young lady with glasses was complaining about "inconsiderate people needing tables wiped to sit and eat". I love dairy queen's food and usually order in drive through so I don't have to deal with the attitudes inside."

Stranger Things:

"Counter crew was rude, wouldn't listen. Got my order wrong after I asked her to repeat it back to me three times. My husband took the food back, and was given a burger that should have been thrown in the trash. It was so hard and disgusting I ended up throwing it away. They lost my business until both Gabby and Wilimina Little no longer work there."

"Waited in the drive through for almost 40 minutes for 2 burgers, a blizzard, and a sundae. They were fully staffed and just simply seemed to not want to work. I would recommend better staff."
