"Once again NO baked potatoes. Paid for baked potato but ended up having to have fries with grilled fish. Didn't offer me a refund for the extra I paid for the potato. Fries are stale and only one fork for 2 people. Didn't give us our water so had to go back then we were told it was the same price as a coke. No more Captai D's for me."

"One of the worst dining experiences of my life. Cashier was too busy talking to coworkers to even get our order right and gave me no receipt to check order. Brought out a piece of paper saying we never paid for an item we had ordered. Bill was over 40 dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids. Go figure. The smell in the building was appalling and overall cleanliness was below sub par. Will never grace doors again."

"Seafood was typical Captain D.. however no MALT VINEGAR (Waiter looked at me as to ask, Vinegar? Whats Vinegar?) for my fish chips, instead she said "What are Chips?" Also Cole Slaw was only a ½ portion. Very disappointed."

"When captain D’s serves fresh food it is good, but when do they serve fresh food anymore? Every time I order grilled fish the rice under it is hard and not edible. Today they left off the crab cakes and shrimp off the deluxe platter after spending $35.91 there. Seems to be some kind of issue every visit. After waiting 30 mins on food you would think what you are getting would be fresh."

"I purchased 2 catfish feast for my husband and I. The 3 pieces of fish in each dinner was barely big enough to make one piece. Rice was way hard. We could not eat. Fish was barely warm. I live like 4 min away. I called to the store and all the guy could say was sorry and he didn’t know a number for me to call and complain. Poor customer service. Food was not satisfying at all."
