"I realize it is Christmas eve however we were trapped in line for over an hour and a half! When we made it to the window she said they were closed! NOBODY came out to let anyone know so we were stuck in line waiting! This McDonald's has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen and we will never come back. People were skipping the line and they would take orders at the window. I will be reaching out to the owner to see how this was handled."

"This McDonald's in Bainbridge Georgia is hot in here the whole time we were here nobody's order was right a man ordered six chicken nuggets got none in his order another man ordered a double fish only got one patty my daughter had four onions on her hamburger little teeny pieces management needs to tighten up nobody got their orders right in here"
"Will never go back to this McDonald's again. Service sucked! Very slow and not friendly at all. Cashier was laughing and talking with the cooks and not taking orders. She told this one older couple to order on the computer behind them. Finally she waited on them and us. Cashier said they were out of tea. It was 8am. I asked could I get OJ instead she said yes but i would have to charge you extra. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Had to turn back around ask them if we could have some food that wasn't cold. It wasn't even warm. Attitude and eye rolling was going on."
"For fast food this place is slower than a regular restaurant. I can go sit down at the American and have my food apps and dinner faster than it takes to just get your order taken. AND YOU PROPLE WANT $15 DOLLARS AN HOUR. 38 minutes and still waiting to get my order taken. What a joke."
