"This morning, I had a ton of errands to run, and everyone was clamoring for food. Unfortunately, it was too early for lunch everywhere I went. I was dreading going to Taco Bell because, let's face it, their customer service is usually as friendly as a grumpy cat, they never get the orders right, and once they even forgot to put meat in my taco. I was so shocked by what happened next, I thought I might be having a mini stroke or something and had to double-check that I hadn't accidentally driven to Chick-fil-A! But lo and behold, from the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove off, everyone at Taco Bell was incredibly polite. And to top it off, my entire $40.00 order was correct and neatly packed in the bag, not just chucked in there like usual. It seems like they must be under new management or something! I was absolutely flabbergasted, in disbelief, and left with a huge grin on my face. This is the first time in 7 years that I've left Taco Bell with tires squealing! Kudos to them!"

"Lets start with setting expectations that this is a taco bell. So it's not like I'm really expecting much. When I roll in around lunch time during the week, I typically get good service and the food I'm expecting. Now if you think you're gonna get remotely close service to this in the evening onward then even you will have your expectations exceeded. Numerous occasions I've pulled up to the drive through to know one answering the window or being told they are not serving over half the menu. Last time i ordered through the app i got there and was told they didn't have what i ordered and ended up with 3 cold burritos. Which is frustrating when you spent over 20 dollars in food and received less than 10 dollars worth of food as replacement. Touching back on the not serving half the menu many times they will inform me they can't do anything fried. Which for whatever reason shuts out a bunch of the menu including items i wouldn't necessarily have expected to be fried. I'm honestly convinced that they shut down a good portion of their equipment around 7-8 and just send people on their way. I've shown up before behind a line of cars only to get to the front and realize people are just driving off after no response on the speaker. I'll never understand the ineptitude of this establishment."

"Just left Taco Bell maybe 20 mins ago got home looked in our bag and seen they didn’t fill up the fries like they should have. We spent $21 on half the food we were supposed to get.. Do better Taco Bell.."

"Ordered three supreme tacos and a Pepsi because they couldn’t do fried products. I received three stale taco shells with a slimmer of meat and cheese, along with a stale Pepsi. I understand how stressful working in fast food can be, but this was out of straight pettiness because I decided to order 30 mins before closing. My job is out of town and I work long hours so all I wanted was to grab a bite to eat before heading back home. Instead I was treated with the same lazy and spiteful treatment as expected from the Bainbridge Tacobell. If anything this should be a lesson to always check your order at the window."

"I actually ordered delivery, and my options were to add beef, onions, sour cream, and no rice on a veggie bowl order. That is not what was delivered! My bowl had chicken! I'm glad I'm not allergic! I also ordered the chips with Nacho sauce, but as you can see in the picture, there was only enough sauce for a couple of chips. Do better, Taco Bell!"
