"The floor was filthy and full of trash and dirt. Waitress (Kimberly) said she had not had more than 2 most of the day. Kimberly’s hands were filthy. Nails were dirty with dirt under them and her hands looked like she had dirt on them and had not been washed in days. It was awful. This isn’t the first time that her hands have been this way. This is my last trip and I hate it. I like going there but it’s nasty She left and a new waitress took over for her. That’s the only reason we stayed."
"After 15 minutes we were finally acknowledged and then waited over an hour for our food with no offer to refill our drinks. Four people on staff, but only two really working. Cook making one plate at a time, braided lady standing around waiting for each plate rather than helping the cook. Redhead basically walking back and forth…. Very inefficient and staff couldn’t care less. Stood in line at the register to pay, when the gentleman in front of me finished paying the redheaded lady walked away as if I wasn’t there. The young lady with braids then walked up and leaned her back against the counter at the register in front of me! After a few minutes, I said, “Excuse me, can I pay you?” She rung it up, mumbled the total and turned her back to me again. RUDE RUDE RUDE Zero stars should be an option ….."
"The waiter was nice but the service was very slow. No one's food came out at the same time and my order came out wrong so I had to send it back. We had a party of 8 and were there for over an hour."
"This restaurant has changed ownership. Almost all new crew. Similar to Waffle House but not nearly as good. Slow service, bacon under cooked, our waitress had to cook my eggs after the other person I was with was served."
