"Never have had a problem with any of my orders until tonight. Went thru the drive thru ordered a 10 pc nugget meal for my granddaughter and as we got on the road she opened it and had 4 chicken tenders instead. Was in a hurry so I couldn’t go back. She was disappointed but ate them anyway."
"have tried ordering "gluten free" chicken sandwhich TWICE in the past 2 weeks and both times were just sent a soggy chicken fillet. Called to clarify there was still a gluten free bun available, was told it's a common issue but obviously not one they plan on fixing."

"Very disappointed in this location. Service was slow. The food was not as good as other stores. I also had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich and was unable to get it spicy which was extremely disappointing and strange as I’ve never had that problem in the past. I will definitely be going to another location next time so that I can have a proper Chick-fil-A experience."
"Came in to dine and was asked twice if we were dining in. After our order was taken we was told our order would be called out because he hit the take out button. We get our food to sit down and eat on filthy tables. The front counter people was not doing there job period. First time we decided to dine in and our visit was very bad."
