"It would be a great place if the customer service was up to par. There is one gentleman and one girl that works at night that is friendly the rest are too busy on their phones or missing to help you. Then to tan is too much to ask because when they are open on Monday you can't at 6:15 even if it's booth. Then you get told to go to a bed that the door is shut so you have to go back then they say no ones in they I opened it so you go to the open door get ready and the bed never comes on , call up to the front and they say your in the wrong room and that bed can't be turned on because that would inconvenience them. So if your just looking for a workout and you don't need extra services you might like it but ask the extras would be nice but can't be used properly."

"Overweight manager with the purple buzz cut is the most unlikeable character ever. Ironic how you manage a gym yet are unhealthy yourself. Been a member a long time, never seen this manager do anything. She's rude when you speak to her and reeks of weed when she has her kid in the store. Who let this person manage? Every other worker other than the manager is nice. Especially the assistant manager. There just seems to be a really, really big mountain covering the sun in this place (p.s. she has the most unprofessional haircut and attitude ever!) She ignores complaints about fellow members... This place is so unenjoyable to go to...the music is so loud and awful. Everyone wears headphones just to tune it out. I've seen problematic customers continue to access the gym while management does nothing, despite complaints.There are no parking lot cameras (that I can see). A car got stolen from the parking lot recently. Hit and run too. Condoms in the tanning rooms trashcan. Abhorrent."

"I have visited this PF in the past and was very pleased. However, I was very disappointed on Thursday. I enjoy watching TV to occupy my mind while I am on the Treadmill. None of the TV’s were working. Very disappointed!!"

"It is not too busy early morning so you can get on equipment without waiting. The atmosphere is positive and clean. I love the stairmaster, and they have many to choose from. The tanning beds are well kept and have strong bulbs. I have never had a bad experience. The planet fitness is helping me reach my physical goals:)"

"This is my favorite gym i go here all the time. However summer time is not it. I love that the kids have a place that they come to but i just feel maybe there should be a time when they can come. The amount of broken equipment is literally absurd. I have no problem with my gym. The staff are awesome and it’s clean. But idk there needs to be a better solution for the summer time. This is like 3 out of like 5 machines that need fixing."
