"I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with a side of fries and a Large Coke. When i opened the bag, i saw 5 ROACHES inside the nugget box. There was also maggots in my fries. And when i pulled out of the drive thru, i saw Ronald Mcdonald staring at me from the corner of the building. Never coming here again"
"I was in Opelika this morning when I placed a mobile order on my cell phone.... I assumed it would order from the McDonald's of the parking lot in which I was sitting but I assumed wrong.... Apparently I ordered from the McDonald's about 25 mi away in Phenix City.... That being said I realize it was my fault however... When I tried to call the McDonald's in Phenix City at address 3709 the phone number says it's disconnected... I went inside the McDonald's I was at in Opelika and the manager there was trying to be helpful and also tried to call that McDonald's by looking them up on the internet etc and she also could not reach them and got a disconnected phone number. Anyways I got charged and I'm out the nine bucks I was trying to spend.... Just take careful note of which McDonald's is highlighted in your app!"
"Worst service ever. Give "you" greet them nicely they don't even reply. They just ignore. Feels like everyone that works here hates their job. Rudest people/service. You rather go to the one on 80 by Walgreens. Just 3 to 4 min away from this nasty location"
"I'm not sure what it is with mcdonalds employees wanting to do just whatever they want but I really hope yall go outta business soon. No way in the world am I gonna sit in a line with 20 plus cars wasting my gas cause yall wanna be lazy and close the doors at 8:40 when it's clearly stated yall stay open on the inside until 9pm just lazy as hell! That's why yall can't get 15 dollars an hour. We do what the business tells us, not what WE WANNA DO. FREAKING ATROCIOUS"
"The female was itching her hair drinking where food was served and she was also taking fries eating them.i watched this personal. Went through drive through and going inside was even worest.knowning female mangement allowing this to happen.order was wrong missing food repeatedly. This is sad.poor mangement.Even the homeless man refused to eat there when I offer an meal. No hands washing or sanitizer. This is such a huge health problem."
