McDonald's

"My elderly mother and I went inside to eat. She didn't know how to use the self service order board she want a person to help us. We stood there at the register fora while and no one even looked at us. We ask is we could get some help and if we could order but no one took or order so we left. May never go back there"

"Didn't even think about putting my sauces in there. Also gave me the wrong order twice. I don't think the employees are all there, and I'm not too mad, but lord not one thought was given to what I wanted to eat. Great prices though. They did burn this mcgriddle to hell and back though, and I didn't even order that mcgriddle."

"They will let you stand and watch them have conversations while only working the window. I watched others just leave. No hello, nothing! It's awful you can't get waited on inside. They don't CARE. A note says only take out! There were over 6 people working. That's more than department stores!"

"I typically don't go to this location, I usually go to the one down by Walmart. I went to this one because they were serving lunch but nothing impressed me. They had forgotten a customer that had ordered a simple cup of coffee. The main reason why my family had went to McDonald's was for the McRib in which the kiosk did have in the system. The dining room could've been cleaned up."

"I seldomly eat McDonald's. When I do, it's usually for breakfast. I visited this McDonald's to grab a quick coffee and breakfast before going out of town. The floors were slippery and sticky, and the "wet floor" sign was over by the beverage dispenser, not visible when I first walked in. No one was at the counters to take my order. I had no problem using the kiosk! I did encounter a problem with one of the kiosks and asked, who appeared to be the manager, if she could take my order. She rudely and unpleasantly stated "yeah but it's gon be a minute." and walked off. she said it like I was bothering her. I ended up trying a different kiosk. After I finally ordered, I was standing there waiting for my food and witnessed the manager complaining and slamming food and cups down. I asked her what her name was, and she told me, "Amber," I asked her if she was okay? bc she was slamming things, she said, " I ain't slamming nothing." As I was saying, " I hope your day gets better. " she walked off and started talking to someone else. Amber may have been overworked or tired, but when you work in customer service, you HAVE to sometimes put those feelings aside or just take a day. You should always just treat people how you want to be treated. You never know what battle people are fighting."
