"they said cash only at the speaker . after placing the order I got to the window and was only able to pay with a $100 bill and they said they don’t have change for it . so why is it cash only if you don’t even have change to give customers ? it makes no sense to me . didn’t try to make accommodations or anything"
"I honestly don’t know why this location exist. Sonic was known for its friendly, speedy service, and if you were lucky you got someone who would skate to your car. This location is slow in every way shape and form. You barely can get service at the drive up stalls, most of the times the staff tells you to go in the drive thru line; doubling the time of your service. You can place the order online, it does not guarantee expedited service while waiting in the long drive thru line. It’s the furthest thing from fast food and it would honestly do the area a better advantage to close down and allow another food establishment to take its place that is worth waiting for. I dread coming to this location and the morale between customers and staff is so low. You could put a steak and shake here or something else of the same caliber to better service the community."
"Horrible employees. What’s the point of accepting mobile orders if I have to wait through the drive thru? At least put up a sign letting us know the stalls are closed. I swear they’re being remedial on purpose"
"Ordered a number 7 and my coney hot dog was burnt. Ordered 3 chili cheese frito burritos without the cheese and they were literally ice cold when you bit into them. This is after waiting in drive through for 5 minutes."
"They are lazy as hell at this location. Point blank period. You send people through the drive thru just to have to look At this. The county needs to site this establishment for this act of nuisance."
