"Breakfast, lunch or dinner....Waffle House ensures the food is scrumptious. This location is very friendly and quick. Not pre pandemic quick but got my food in less than 15 minutes. I am always pleased when I visit this location."
"They really messed up my order. There where egg shells in my eggs. My waffle looked crazy. I assume they let anyone cook there. I email their District manager, they gave me a refund, and offered to comp my next meal to encourage me to come back. He never did that. I feel the un professionalism starts from the head down. If the district manager, has no integrity you know his locations won't either. Save your money, and go elsewhere."
"clean appearance with plenty of light. staff greeted me at the door. placed online ordered with 30 min eta when meal takes 10 mins. got to store and it still wasn’t ready. waffle does this generally to put in store customers ahead of online but the store was empty. had to wait an additional 20 mins to get food. felt penalized even tho they charge online customers $3.19 per entree. service is king and this place ain’t even royal."
"The lady with the gold hair need to be fired she stole my drinks talking about she didn’t have any other size and then won’t give me a refund with a attitude. I had a online order it wasn’t done look how it was served to me. Waffle House need to hire employees that take care all customers not just the men. Let the lady go with the gold big hair that work around 10:20pm on Monday 10, 2022. I need my refund please and thank you no drinks"
