"DON’T EAT HERE!! I placed an order online for two sandwiches, one was a spicy Italian and the second one was a tuna sandwich. I placed the order online so I took one bite of the sandwich I realized it was awful. The tuna taste old and it appeared to look like was just thrown together I put detailed instructions on how I would the like but it had not been followed and at this time the store was closed. So I came back the next day in hopes that they would just remake the sandwich the correct way but I was met with a confrontational older woman that was very rude and wasn’t interested in understanding my concerns with the order. She informed me that I would have to speak to the owner and refuse to give his name or the number to customer service. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this location. I frequent this location often but after my experience today I don’t know if I’ll return. Plus I witness on two separate occasions employees returning from the back of the location without washing their hands or changing out the their gloves.I had to request them to wash and change their gloves a couple of times prior to making my order."
"I went there on May 21 2023 and the person who served was was slow she seem like she didn't know nothing and then I got the 1 foot and I got pep on one n the other is different stuff I told her to. Put mayo on the other side with out the pep she but she put it on the side with the pep she need to have a talk or fired"
