"And to think I wanted Jack's to run Mc Donald out of here. . Service needs another of work. Window help don't ck orders. You order one thing and get something else. Not friendly at all. Half the time I'm there help is on there phones. If u can't do better. Close the store"
"The one in ladonia on highway 80 is great. Friendly staff clean store good food hot and fresh. Now on the other hand the one on 431 we were at earlier the same day had to walkout two people in the drive-thru some guy looked to be the manager pushing buttons on the cash register with one finger didn't know how to ring up a gift card. Employees laughing and cutting up didn't have a clue what's going on."
"They were slam busy this morning when we stopped by, I understand that they were short staffed. But have to tell you how efficient the staff was in preparing our order, and courteous the manager was to us as he whizzed between each station helping where necessary. You could hire this guy to run operations in any business! And also, despite being so busy, the food was terrific! I had not ever had their breakfast, so was blown away at their fresh made biscuits with my sausage biscuit. The wraps were also fantastic, real sausage and fresh egg! Man, I'm never going to the other places for breakfast again, I'm a Jack's man now!"
"They need to double check their biscuits it’s before using them. Why are all my other biscuits are perfect but give this over cooked biscuit? This isn’t the first time either. I swear it has gone downhill"
