"Facility looks good. Food is sometimes stale especially at dinner times, could be because it was all prepped for lunch and kept as is? There are always a couple of kids at the counter and more often than not they are scrambling from task to task. We were 4 and our orders were all not taken back to back, they were in the midst of fulfilling online orders (Uber eats?) so me and my daughter have to wait while my wife and son moved ahead. No big deal but an area for improvement. Also when my son asked to remove a few beans saying it’s too much, the kid was annoyed…well there were no one other than us and there’s no need for that attitude…another area for improvement."
"We love this place! Always fresh and always delicious! Only place still open past 9pm which is great when coming home from playing pickleball all evening! :) Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We walked in at 9:50pm Friday night and they were so excited to see us and serve us even though they were about to close up. Brian - one of the managers - is the best"

"I walked in to dine in a bit after 1pm - lunch crowed was gone. The place looked like a train wreck. The workers were very busy preparing togo orders. So much so it was obvious no one had the time to clean up main dinning area. Looking at the scene I seriously considered walking out. But I was freaking hungry! The people working behind the counter did a great job. They recognized me and Made my meal to order perfectly. There is a mgt issue here. There job, amongst many other things is to spot check the dinning area, so I fault them not the workers. Parking is sparse up front but there are plenty of spots behind the building. Handicap accessibility is not that friendly. Flat sidewalks but only one HP spot. NOTE this is not Willys fault, it’s the building owner for not being more accommodating. Would I go here again? No. Not because of the train wreck in the dinning area but their ingredients and flavors are MEH. MO’s is better."
