Wendy's

"I went to grab my mom a bite to eat when I got off of work. I get to the drive through, and I'm told the system is down, but I see people inside eating. So, I pulled to the side and called on my cell phone asking what time do you all close. I was told 10:00. It was 7:59 p.m. I go inside to order, and I hear the workers in the back asking why the door was not locked. They took my order, and the cashier needs to practice her tone when she is taking customers' orders. The workers in the back were unprofessional. As I leave, I see the drive through customers are being assisted. The burger that I ordered was old instead of fresh. This is not the first time I have had a not so good encounter with this Wendy's by Six Flags. A week ago, my mother and I ordered some food and the worker at the window had a poor attitude. She gave us the food with a poor attitude I try this Wendy's again thinking I would have a better experience. Nothing has changed. This Wendy's has a lot of workers I don't know if they're in high school or fresh out of high school, but they are young and need to be sat down and taught how to be professional, polite, and keep their poor attitudes out the door. They should be on Undercover Boss."

"I don't know who run the store this Wendy's but it sucks they open and close when they feel like it it's a store full of people and it is 11:18 Google says 12 and they say their closed. Only in black neighborhoods. They don't have to worry about me ever spending a dime at this store."

"I ordered a small lemonade, they charged me for a large , I requested an adjusted refund because I wanted the small drink not a large and they were not willing to help and told me I won't be able to get the refund from the large to small. They also were giving me an attitude and weren't very helpful. I have worked in fast food chains and know what the policy is. I didn't appreciate the service and it wasn't a good way to start off my morning"

"Awful. Employees think you should feel privileged to have them serve you. Lack of urgency! The burgers are always dry they are NOT the hot and juicy burgers Wendy's was famous for before Arby's bought them. Wendy's only cares about taking your money and nothing about service or value anymore! Avoid the Anniston/Oxford alabama locations like the plague!!"

"After enjoying a great day at Six Flags, my daughter and I went to Wendy’s Six Flags and had a horrible experience. It started at the counter as we where placing our order the cashier walked away as we where placing our order and didn’t come back so we eventually moved over to another cashier. Then we went to find a table until our order was ready. My daughter ordered a nugget meal and I ordered a classic chicken meal with no tomato because I’m allergic to tomato. When we found a table it was dirty and I went to the counter to asked for something to clean the table with. A young man behind the counter offered me 2 dry paper napkins so I asked him for some cleaning spray so he came to the table and cleaned it himself. When our order was ready we got our food. My daughter’s food was fine but when I got mine I received something that seemed to be old and not on the menu. The classic chicken sandwich looked like a chicken tender sandwich which was dry and burned with a tomato on it and a piece of lettuce that I couldn’t eat. Meanwhile the employees were laughing and yelling at each other; it was utter chaos so I paid for something that wasn’t editable and left very disappointed, unhappy and hungry."
