"The general manager Allison is rude, unprofessional and very low class. Unfortunately her poor example trickles down to all her employees and they all get attitudes and make faces at customers when they get behind or something is malfunctioning. If the et mess up your order you are on your own! Don’t expect anything but ghetto fabulous when you ask a question. Need a receipt? Maybe the machine will work maybe it won’t. If you ask to speak with a manager you’ll be greeted by Allison in filthy clothes and a personality to match. I guess they will put anyone in a GM role these days."

"This place gets busy and I genuinely think the staff do the best they can. Always polite and helpful. The best way to get what you want fast and accurately is to use the app. Then you can punch your order number into the machine inside and pick it up once it’s ready. I like to double check my order before I leave just in case."

"We were at Six Flags and decided to order some food for the ride home, so we went online and ordered Little Caesars. We ordered around 9:30pm as were leaving the park but didnt take into consideration how long it would take to get out of the parking lot. Paranoid that we were going to miss our pick up before the store closed, we called and explained to the mgr. (Terrence) He told me he understood and would wait for us to get there, even if it was after closing time. I was so relieved to know we were ok seeing how we had already paid for the order and were hungry for some tasty pizza. We arrived at the store at 11:05 and just as he said he was waiting for us. Its not everyday you find good people that still show acts of kindness like this. I highly recommend ordering from this Little Caesars. Terrence and his staff are great and the food was on point. Thank you again Terrence!!!!!"

"How hard is it for an employee to open a box and CHECK it’s the right thing?!?!? I understand the staffing shortage is an issue and I have no problem being patient , however I do have a problem when I’m waiting 30 minutes for my order and get the WRONG thing. Being short staffed DOES NOT excuse this issue. Not only was my order wrong but the pizzas looked disappointing. I didn’t order a cheese pizza but they gave me one and it looked messy. My pepperoni pizza, which was supposed to be stuffed crust, wasn’t correct and it was cut into ridiculous shaped sizes. This place needs serious management reform."
