"All was good, the service is good, I like the feel of the atmosphere, food is okay except there is excessive salt on chips and fries."

"My wife and came inside to wait for our to-go order so we set at the bar where we received the worst customer service the bartender was served us a drink without a napkin or cleaning the the bar area where previous customers sat left bar dirty and dirty glasses! Never check on us! When reported to The MOD was ZERO help ! All he did was Nothing didn’t know handle the situation appropriately ! Making excuses for the employee was definitely not the wrong answer because letting me he was called into work ! My answer to the manager was the employee had the opportunity to say NO! Or whatever going on in his life need to be check at the door before he clock in or stay home and wallow in self pity. The manager acts like he was defending his make or partner this is highly unacceptable behavior in a workplace"

"This place was amazing. We came on a Friday night and had the waiter Chris. Chris was extremely polite and his service skills were above and beyond. The restaurant was clean and quiet and the food was amazing. Definitely the best experience I've had at Chili's thus far!"

"Me and a few friends went to have drinks and an appetizer while we converse about life and the drinks were on point!! I forgot the bartender’s name unfortunately but she was amazing at the drinks and her service. I just told her the taste I had and she definitely delivered. When we got arrived we decided to sit at the bar then changed to sitting at a booth just so that we could hear each other. The bathroom was clean and the restaurant itself. I’m picky when it comes to places I sit and I had no problems at all here. It was comfortable."

"Always enjoy my Baby back Baby back baby back. Didn't have them this last visit though. The food & drinks were great as always(see pics). The downside to this visit almost made me rate it a 2-3 ⭐. But thanks to our waitress & MOD who was working the kitchen and the door & tables so diligently to deliver the best experience possible under the circumstances. Which was the severely short handed staffing. Lastly I had a coupon for $10 off of any $30 purchase. Which my bill was well over but the system from corporate wouldn't accept. It took almost 20 additional minutes for us to get a correct bill and it still wasn't correct. With all that said I'd return again. Corporate needs to do better. The workers were definitely doing everything they could under the circumstances."
