"Every time I come to this Arby's my wait time at the window is extremely long, they didn't have condiments, no napkins or straws, when I ordered 03/27/21 at 7:39PM Shakes for the 4th time i came they said the machine is down so I ordered a Root beer it was hardly no ice soda was flat, smh, as well as my Boyfriends Dr. Pepper, smh again. My boyfriend and I went inside for dinning twice it was ok, we had no problems, but the drive through needs much better services."
