"My boyfriend and I tried Texas Roadhouse for the first time today. Ambria was our sever and she was great! Super attentive and overall just amazing. The manager, Ashley, made an effort to go around to each table and introduce herself. It was shocking to see this action done, because ALOT of restaurants do not take the time to do that anymore! If I could rate our experience higher I would! Thanks again Ambria!"

"We visited this establishment for the first time. The hostess seated us immediately. Our waitress was a kind-hearted soul. She constantly attended to our needs and explained the food choices that we asked about. I ordered the steak kabob. It didn't come on a stick but it included 9oz sirloin, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green bell peppers on a bed of seasoned rice. It also came with one side. I couldn't decide which one to choose, so I ordered two sides: tossed salad and buttered corn. My hubby ordered ribeye, but it was sold out. Our waitress said that usually happens on Saturday nights. He ordered the sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and a salad. The meals were spot on. The service was perfect. The manager visited our table twice to see how we were doing. He even brought us a bag of peanuts. We'll be back. Touch it. Taste it."

"Worst Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to. I got seated right away. Evidently at the wrong table. I sat there for 20 min and nobody came to wait on me. Then someone came up and said I got seated at the wrong table. The moved me to a different table in the same section. Then sat there again for another 15 minutes until I was about to get up and leave. Then someone FINALLY greeted me at my table. 45 min in I finally got a glass of water. Unbelievable. The salad was not fresh. I had several pieces of slimy lettuce. When the food finally came it definitely wasn’t Texas sized. The plate was child sized small and the small pork chop was way overcooked and so dry that thank goodness they give you a small cup of gravy to dip it in after sawing through it like a piece of shoe leather. I should have gone with my instincts and just left when they made me change tables. Wendy’s across the street may have been a way better choice. I’ll never be back to this location and will think twice about other locations across the country as I travel for work very often."

"From NY perspective, price economical. Meat not bad. Drinks affordable. Portion more than generous. Couldn't finish all sides. Outback's Blooming Onion like appetizer tasty."
