"We always like to go there on the way to Atlanta. We stoped there for dinner on Friday night. First of all, it was not even busy and some worker was just talking even though there was line of customers! After we got food, there was no forks. I asked one of workers and I even told him I need 4. What he did was just grab a bunch of forks and drop those on my hand!!!! I was like.. ooookay….. what was that!?!? My daughter was also upset about customer service there !!! So sad… we used like to go there but now we need to find somewhere else."
"Cashier didn’t pay attention and somehow switched my bowl out with the customer in front of me. It wasn’t even busy, is it that hard to go one by one and make sure you’re handing out the right food? Couldn’t even eat it because it was built to the specific tastes of that customer and slammed with sour cream etc."
"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I understand that good help is hard to find, but this is ridiculous. I just downloaded your app and ordered from it for the first time. It will probably be the last time. I ordered 2 entrees.... One burrito and one bowl. They completely moved up the ingredients on each order and they were both very cold when we got them. It was literally a 2 minute drive from my location to pick up this order. Apparently, no one was paying attention when they prepared my order. Very disappointed and will not be referring anyone to Chipotle. Worst experience ever with an app order."
"I recently had a To-Go order experience at this Chipotle location, and it left much to be desired. Despite waiting patiently for my food, it turns out it was ready but sitting at the counter instead of being placed in the To-Go area. Moreover, the quantity of the food seems to be diminishing with each visit especially protein, and the flavor doesn't quite match up anymore. Although I'm a fan of Chipotle, regrettably, I won't be returning to this particular location. I recommend exploring other Chipotle stores for a more satisfying experience"
"There appeared to be a lot of employees in training tonight. But the individual training told one of the workers they were giving portions sizes that were too big. So in response to that I got 2 pieces of steak. This location is always out of something. We keep going back hoping it will be better, but it doesn’t appear to be getting any better"
